It has two versions - Vanilla and Chocolate. In the legend, it gives the lot, type and what expansion it comes from. Please see the map to get a better idea of what's available in SV2020. For example, if you don't have Island paradise, the dive spots will still show, but won't work. If you don't have an expansion, it's community lot(s) will still show, but won't be functional. It also has community lots from most of the other expansions such as Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons and Island Paradise. If you don't have ST the saves will loose the function of the stadium and you will need to replace it with the one from the original SV.
It functions not only as the stadium but a big show venue as well. The only expansion that is required is Showtime, due to the stadium from that pack being placed in both saves.
